Little Rann of Kutch
A unique desert ecosystem in Gujarat, the Little Rann of Kutch is best known for the Indian Wild Ass (Khur). During the winter months, the Rann also attracts a spectacular variety of resident and migratory birds, making it an excellent destination for both wildlife and birding enthusiasts.
Patan
An ancient city of Gujarat, Patan is famous for the magnificent Rani Ki Vav, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The intricately carved stepwell is one of the finest examples of Gujarat's historic architecture. Patan is also renowned for its traditional Patola silk weaving.
Modhera
Modhera is home to the spectacular Sun Temple, built during the Solanki period. The temple is celebrated for its intricate stone carvings, impressive architecture and the beautifully designed Surya Kund.

Daywise Itinerary
Begin your journey with an early morning train from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. On arrival, meet your driver and proceed towards the Little Rann of Kutch. The drive takes you through the changing landscapes of Gujarat before arriving at your wildlife lodge. Evening safari at Rann. Dinner and overnight stay at Rann
Overnight: Little Rann of Kutch
Start the morning with an exciting safari in the Little Rann of Kutch, exploring its unique landscape and looking for the Indian Wild Ass and the region's diverse birdlife.
Return to the lodge for breakfast. Proceed towards Modhera and visit the magnificent Sun Temple.
Continue to Patan and explore the architectural masterpiece of Rani Ki Vav. Return to the resort for dinner. Dinner and overnight at the resort.
Drive time: Little Rann → Modhera → Patan: approximately 3 hours, excluding sightseeing and breaks.
Overnight: Patan
Early morning, head out for your last safari in the Little Rann, offering another opportunity to experience the wildlife and birdlife of this remarkable ecosystem.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and check out. Proceed towards Ahmedabad Railway Station in the afternoon to board your train back to Mumbai.
